Smart City and Sustainable Water Resources Management Strategies

On November 10, 2023, Smart City and Sustainable Water Resources Management Strategies was held by Energy, water and environment research center (ENÇESU 2019) and Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering on E-Study Box Digital Education Platform. The smart city is necessary as a comprehensive solution to overcome emerging problems and climate change. Also, among these problems, one of the things that has many effects and receives many effects from them is water resources, so the strategic management of these resources is very important. But from the point of view of sustainable development goals, this strategic management should also be consistent with sustainability in order to help solve the problem and prevent more problems. In this regard, in this webinar, speakers from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Poland, Iran, China, and Tanzania spoke about the smart city and sustainable water resource management strategies. This workshop was related to SDG 6 and SDG 11.
