Dr. Iman Youssefi

Dr. Iman Youssefi received his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Iran, in 2016, and his M.S. degree in Construction Management from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus, in 2019. He then completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in the field of Construction Management at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2023. Dr. Youssefi joined the Faculty of Engineering at Near East University as a full-time lecturer in 2024, after serving as a teaching assistant at Eastern Mediterranean University from 2018 to 2023.

Dr. Youssefi has taught a wide range of courses, including Construction Management, Engineering Economy, Foundation Engineering, and Material Science. His research interests encompass financial appraisal, risk analysis, statistical and data analysis in construction management, and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence to construction engineering. His scholarly contributions include several high-impact journal articles, conference presentations, and ongoing research on feature importance and risk prioritization using advanced analytical methods.

Currently, Dr. Youssefi is actively engaged in both teaching and research, striving to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in construction management.
